Anonymous asked: I'm trying to lose weight. I ususally do really well in the morning. I wake up eat a small breakfast, im always drinking water throughout the day, and workout in the morning. but towards the end of the night, i start to drop, I eat more than I should at dinner or when I'm out and the only option is fast food. Any ideas how I should keep myself motivated or something?
